You make more of a difference than you get to see.
passed with appreciationYou’re awesome.Yes, YOU!
Sometimes a tiny thing can carry exactly what somebody needs to hear. This HUG is yours. Keep it close, then pass another one along whenever somebody else needs the reminder.

Small enough to slip in your pocket.
Meaningful enough to find again.
The whole idea? People shouldn’t have to earn a reminder that they matter.
Kind people change everything. So we’re making those reminders easier to carry and ridiculously easy to pass on.
So, you received one? Good. Your HUG is always yours. You earned it.
Somebody handed you a reminder they wanted you to carry. Keep it for as long as you want. Passing the HUG never means giving yours away. It means making another small moment of kindness, because showing someone you appreciate them costs absolutely nothing.

Chief HUG passerWhy I created this: I wanted kindness to have somewhere to go.
I’m D’Ana. I spend a lot of time helping people recognize what they already carry, especially when they can’t see it for themselves.
Pass The HUG started with one very simple belief: people matter before they prove anything, fix anything, or get everything right. Sometimes they just need somebody to notice and hand them the reminder.
So that’s what this is. A tiny, tangible way to say, “I see you. You matter. You’re awesome.” And an invitation to keep that kindness moving while holding onto the HUG someone gave you.
